Persons who are granted authority to access Union Pacific Railroad Systems must be assigned computer security credentials (User ID and password). Each person who is issued a User ID is responsible for the confidentiality of the password, and for any action performed with that User ID. Once a User ID is assigned, it shall identify the same person on all systems.
Persons who are granted access agree and acknowledge that they are accountable for all activity associated with their computer security credentials. You are responsible for protecting the confidentiality of all the information you access, the privacy of all personally identifiable and financial information, and for ensuring the business-related purposes for which the information is accessed.
Union Pacific Railroad Systems may not be used without, or in excess of, proper authority. All Union Pacific Railroad Company communication systems and applications are Company property and intended for business-related purposes. The information you access is not to be shared outside the scope of your authorization, which is defined by your official union duties in connection with the representation of employees for which your union is the designated representative and for the administration of claims and disputes under your applicable collective bargaining agreement. Unauthorized access, use, or modification of may result in loss of credentials and prosecution. Union Pacific Railroad Company reserves the right to suspend access with cause.

The undersigned, by requesting and accepting UPRR computer security credentials, understands and agrees with the above-stated requirements.
Signing this form constitutes acknowledgment by you of your responsibility to guard against unauthorized use or disclosure of Company resources and/or data, and agreement that you will comply with all of the security policies and rules listed in applicable policies. Failure to abide with these terms in Systems usage will result in the revocation of access to Company Systems.
