Two ARASA Agreements

What are the Differences?

An Agreement was reached with the American Railway and Airway Supervisors Association (ARASA) on terms and conditions for wages and benefits on February 15, 2012, (Section 6 Agreement).

This Agreement coincided with management's announcement of wage increases for all-services-rendered (ASR) ARASA-represented positions. Due to the timing and the number of new employees in these positions, there has been some confusion about the application of the February 15, 2012, Agreement to various ARASA members.

This chart was created to clarify the differences for employees and their managers.
