Agreement Employees Open Enrollment for 2013

Effective October 1st, 2012

Enrollment will be available through the new Railroad Enrollment Services online enrollment site.  The enrollment site will be available 24/7 during the open enrollment period.  This new capability provides the following functions without all the paper of the traditional enrollment kit:

• A step by step review of personalized benefit election choices with quick links to everything needed to enroll for the new year, including links to search through medical provider networks;
• A quick and easy way to review your demographic information;
• The ability to add, delete and/or change dependent information;
• The option to review enrollment information in Spanish;
• The ability to change or enroll in benefits for the new year and
• An immediate confirmation statement when enrollment selections are complete…..there is no need to mail in a paper enrollment form.

Benefit information and log-in instructions for the online enrollment site will be mailed to agreement employees beginning September 24, 2012.  Employees are encouraged to visit the new online enrollment site at www.rrinfodepot.com, and review all the information available, even if it is decided not to make any changes to their benefits elections. 

Employees’, who need assistance with the enrollment site, have any questions or require a paper enrollment kit, should call Railroad Enrollment Services at 1-800-753-2692.
