Health & Medical Van Testing Schedule

For Mechanical and Engineering Employees

ccupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations mandate that employees receive annual hearing conservation training, audiograms, respirator training and respirator fit tests to not exceed 365 days between tests.

To ensure compliance, LHI Clinics or Examinetics, health/medical vans have been scheduled across the system to perform the required training and testing. All notified engineering and mechanical employees must complete the training and testing within a period of 90 days prior to the anniversary of their last test. Completion of a test more than 90 days prior to the anniversary will not be allowed. It will be the employee's responsibility to ensure they remain in compliance with the regulation.
