ePayroll - Online Access to Pay Information

Instant Access

All Union Pacific employees and retirees have the opportunity to utilize online paystub delivery. ePayroll provides security, convenience, timeliness, and simplicity by offering confidential online access to pay information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Some of the benefits include:

  • Timely Information: Paystubs and trainslips can be accessed before paper paystubs are received.
  • Extended Information: Historical payroll information is retained online allowing access to an entire year’s detail for tax filing.
  • Improved Security: ePayroll eliminates the risk of your payroll information being lost or stolen from the mail.
  • Additional Freedom: With ePayroll, you can also manage your direct deposit elections, view and change W-4 information, and view your W-2.

To begin viewing paystubs online, please take the following steps:

1.  Logon to the SAP Portal, by clicking on the "ePayroll" link in the top left corner of the UP Online page.

2.  On the SAP Portal, click on the "Employee" Tab and then "ePayroll." Under Overview, select the "My Paystubs & Trainslips" link.

*Steps 3 through 5 are for the first logon only*

3.  Once you have read the Online Paystub Consent, click "Continue."

4.  Confirm your consent to online paystubs by selecting "Submit Consent." Doing so will give you immediate access to your online paystubs and will discontinue delivery of paper paystubs to your home.

5.  The next screen will show that your consent was submitted successfully. Click to view your online paystubs.

If you have questions, please contact Union Pacific’s Banking Operations group at 1-888-241-2764, Option 2, Option 3. Representatives are available from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday.  You can also find more information at the SAP ePayroll Information page.
