BCBS of Nebraska Health Care Impact
Effective Sept. 1, 2014, CHI doctors, hospitals, and other healthcare providers (including Alegent/Creighton Health in Omaha) will no longer be a part of the Blue Cross Blue Shield NE (BCBS NE) network. If you are impacted, your current insurance provider will be sending out information regarding alternatives. If you have any trouble using your normal healthcare provider beginning Sept. 1, please call (800) 547-0421 (UPREHS only) or the number on the back of your card (National Plans) for help finding an in-network provider.
