National Health and Welfare Plan Life Benefit
Do you remember when you made your beneficiary election for life insurance? When was the last time you reviewed and updated your beneficiaries? Do you remember when you made your beneficiary election for life insurance? When was the last time you reviewed and updated your beneficiaries?
Every agreement employee has a life insurance policy, at no cost, through the National Health and Welfare Plan. Reviewing and updating your beneficiaries is important, quick, and easy. Here's how:
Step 1: Visit www.yourtracktohealth.com
Click "Explore Your Benefits"
Click "Life" on the left hand side of page
Click "Railroad National Plan" or
If you are a member of SMART-TD Click "NRC/UTU Plan"
Step 2: Click "Beneficiary Forms"
Print and fill out form
Mail to the address listed on page 3 of the form
To review your current beneficiary, or if you have any other questions please call: 1-800-310-7770.
Union Pacific Contributory Optional Life Insurance with AD&D Benefit
To review your Beneficiary designation currently on file, please call (866) 659-1377. You may also visit the Metropolitan Life website at https://mybenefits.metlife.com to update, name, or change your beneficiary.
